In the UK especially, a lot of 360 owners migrated to PS4 and so we can expect many of them to buy the last of us when it releases which should help maintain PS4's momentum.
During the week of Titanfall's release, the Xbox one was ahead by 10,000 units.However the PS4 currently has a 230,000+ lead. For the Xbox One to overtake the PS4 it would have to have a constant supply of exclusive games in order to be consistently ahead of PS4 week-by-week.
Of course this is over the entire generation so it really is anyone's game.
