I gonna go little left field to eveyrone so far and say sports games have become to clinical. Need to have some fun ones which fit in somewhere between sports simulator and arcade sports games.
Hajime no Ippo - Boxing story mode of raising from nobody to what he is today.
Kuroko no Basuke - Basketball story mode base it on one of the "gen of miracle players" so you select at the start.
Ace of Diamond - Baseball series which has potential.
