MGS4 had about 8 hours worth of cut scenes. If you want to pre-render all of that in high quality 1080p, h.265 isn't going to fit it on 1 Blu-ray disc.
DTS HD-MA 7.1 runs at average 5mbps, blu-ray h.264 average 25mbps, h.265 can theoretically double efficiency for video, let's take average of 15mbps h.265 for good quality 60 fps RGB video. (remember blu-ray movies use chroma subsampled 12bpp at 24fps, raw bandwidth of 71 MBs vs 356 MBs for 1080p60 24bpp RGB)
Total 20 mbps, 50GB gives you room for 5.6 hours.
Raw video, you can fit about 143 seconds of 1080p60 RGB on a 50GB blu-ray disc. There are some lossless compression formats, but their compression ratio is at most 2.2 : 1 (compared to h.264 28:1) so you can at most get 5 minutes of lossless video.
