The biggest game you listed (Destiny) is a multiplat. It will help PS4 somewhat because of the marketing campaign but there will also be just as many people buying it for XB1 because that is where a lot of Bungie/Halo fans will remain no matter what.

Watch Dogs is another multiplat. Having 60 minutes of exclusive content doesn't change the fact its on every other platform out there.

MLB The Show doesn't sell squat. Being the only baseball game doesn't matter because 2K was never a real option before because it was so bad and people still didn't buy The Show. Baseball video games are not popular at all.

The Last of Us remastered is not a system seller. It will sell well to existing PS4 owners but a year old port is not going to push hardware.

The Order is the only exclusive PS4 has with an actual chance to sell systems if it ends up being a great game (which is still in doubt).

The PS4 versions of Destiny and Watch Dogs will sell better not just because of exclusive content. They will most likely have different resolutions between the PS4 and X1 versions, and it is highly implied from what we've heard from Ubisoft so far. Resolution differences have proven to influence sales greatly as seen from Tomb Raider and MGSV: Ground Zeroes.

MLB The Show have sold almost as well as the 2K series, despite the latter being multiplatform. The Show no longer has a competitor and thus, the MLB fanbase is no longer split. Is it going to sell a lot? No, but it is undeniable that because of a lack of competitor, The Show will have an impact on sales in the United States.

A lot of PS4 owners have never played The Last of Us yet, especially when a good chunk of the userbase is former 360-only users. It'll also greatly influence the consumers who have not made their minds yet on what console to buy. The remaster version is not a mere facelift. It contains several improvements like larger resolution, higher framerate, better AA, smoother shadows, and better looking  textures.

MGSV sold more on PS4 because thats where the MGS fanbase is and has been since PS1. That is common knowledge. Destiny and Watch Dogs will probably sell slightly more on PS4 because the install base is bigger but they will both sell huge numbers on XB1 as well. Especially Destiny. Most people don't even know what resolution is outside of these console war discussions on forums that most gamers don't even visit.

How do you know how many PS4 owners have played The Last of Us? I'm guessing the people who just dropped $400+ on a brand new console with very few games right now are mostly hardcore Playstation fans who picked up a PS3 at some point over the last 8 years.

Then how can you explain Tomb Raider? The PS4 version outsold the X1 version 2-3 to 1.

A bunch of my friends who have only played on the 360 last gen moved to the PS4. I've seen so many users in forums stating that they and their friends have switched from the 360 to the PS4. While this is anectodal evidence, it has been so highly recurring that it's hard to conclude that there is not a significant amount of 360-only users who jumped ship.
