Well you forgot GT7, it certainly is a possibility... my bets would include FF and maybe MGS.
Don't think they would need 2 BDs for UC4 even going 40Gb on UC3.
EDIT: On the bright side FF XV and GT7 may take some years to show and someone beat them to it.
