Fire tv has a lot more cpu processing power than wii u but of course a much weaker gpu. You wonder what a fully optmised game could achieve on fire tv. Let's say you could dedicate 1.5GB to a game of system memory and perhaps 4GB of the storage. It would be interesting to see the result.
It could probably run something like Skyrim well but the graphics would be scaled back to look more like something between morrowind and oblivion.
Could it become a major gaming platform and therefore need greater recognition? I personally don't think so but its not impossible.
