Japan is full of used PS4 consoles. What's the meaning of this?

2 reasons:

1) The used game market in Japan is ridiculously huge. There's really no surprise in seeing new consoles already available in big quantities early.

2) Not that many games for the Japanese gamers, so the reasons to keep one are small.
