they just announced that the comic will have a teaser about an upcoming announcement.

Going by the title they are teasing a teaser to announce something which will eventually end in a teaser fo a game announcement.

I doubt it's a game announcement...I mean they got TLOU PS4 and Uncharted PS4. What more could they announce?

ND has two teams.  the U4 teams is probably fully dedicated to U4 but i imagine the full team wasn't needed for the TLoU remaster.  that team is probably split between the TLoU remaster and whatever the next game is. 

...although i'd imagine that game is far too early to announce.   hence the announcement of a teaser to an announcement i suppose.
