they just announced that the comic will have a teaser about an upcoming announcement.

Going by the title they are teasing a teaser to announce something which will eventually end in a teaser fo a game announcement.

I doubt it's a game announcement...I mean they got TLOU PS4 and Uncharted PS4. What more could they announce?

They would probably have another studio do the remaster so the Last of Us team can make their new game. 

No, it's already confirmed ND themselves are doing the remaster.
