Sadly,that's not the case. No one plays with their portable devices here because of the high amount of criminals on the streets.

We have the same issue here in Manila, the capital of the Phillippines xD

So we usually bring out our devices once we reach our destination, if we ever decided to bring them to begin with. lol!
