The resolution isn't sounding correct... The S5 and most Android super phones are at 1080p and the iPhone always launches into the middle of these phones life cycle, so the new iPhone could actually have to collide with 2k+ phones at the end of its life cycle. Their retina display was always a big bragging point and I doubt they would let their high end device be so much inferior in that aspect.

I'm sceptical about the amount of RAM memory too, they would go with 2GB for sure. A display fully made of sapphire is another problem, I remember reading about high costs for the fingerprint sensor because they had to make it using sapphire, so a full display could still be too much costly. This looks fake (despite something looking correct).
