Reasonable on 21 March 2008
I like it. Its a hangover from films but I get twitchy when numbers are in the title and they keep climbing... I know in games it often means more refined, improved experience, but still...
This seems more of a franchise approach. Each iteration could have a different name - i.e. Motorstorm : location and it implies more than just the latest version but a somewhat different experience by locale.
I hope the average gamer isn't so lazy / idiotic they need a big number 2 to make things clear. Let them think for once!
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
