I have no clue what is likely or not, I was just surprised as your latest prediction seems a lot lower than three days ago.

I'm especially surprised how you expect Kinect Sport Rivals to sell 4 million this year if you predict weekly sales of about 10k from the third week on. You seem to believe that the vast majority of sales will come from bundles - but why should Kinect Sport Rivals bundles sell like "hotcakes" if the retail version doesn't?

10k not including bundles. 40k with bundles

It almost seems like you're avoiding my questions:

  • Why are your current predictions so much lower than they were three days ago?
  • At 40k per week, how did you seriously expect it to sell 4 million copies in 2014? (Well, it seems that you already removed that prediction from the original thread, you probably already realized how ridiculous it was)
  • Why do you expect much more sales from bundles than from retail? I admit I have no fucking clue about the "usual" retail/bundle-ration, as I usually find these sales discussions to be downright boring. So maybe 3 three times more sales from bundles is a typical value, but I still found that number strange: A game with only 10k retail sales doesn't seem very popular to me. So why would Microsoft even bundle it? Don't they usually rather bundle very popular "platform seller" games, like Titanfall? If people are not interested in Kinect Sports Rivals as a retail game, why should a console bundle with it sell like hotcakes? I think I'd personally rather buy a Titanfall bundle or something...
