Not true. With the Spirderman UMD I can clearly see blurring in quick camera pans. The problem has nothing to do with how the format it is encoded in and everything to do with the response time of the screen. I'll repeat this to ensure that you don't overlook this: The PSP's screen has a slow response time, meaning it is prone to ghosting. Some scenes are worse than others because of the colors and although some forms of compression induce this, games and UMD's do blur like no other. And the part about full rez video isn't entirely true since some homebrew programs allow 272x480 video to be played.
