they dont. the loading screen is just when you start the game. but once you do no loading is there, because they play the cuttscenes when the game loads.  so yeah, technicially they do, but they are hidden behind the cutt scenes. 

Yeah that is a pretty cool way to make it feel like there's no loading. Load the next level whilst the cut scene is playing. Very genius idea.

yeah, benifits of BlueRay and pre-rendered cut scenes. Killzone also does it if i remember correctly too. its gonna be a popular move this gen as all three consoles use blueray.
