Oh yeah, and Halo 2 had the best multiplayer on console. Re-making that is easily giving me 15+ days of play. |
Did you forget TLOU actually has multiplayer, and some people regard it as a very good multiplayer experience? But what does time have to do with it? If someone hasn't played TLOU then getting the PS4 version is a no-brainer, and it's such a brilliant game that it is worth buying just for the SP. It's like buying movies, they don't change at all but you still watch them more than once, if they are excellent movies. TLOU is the sort of game I will play again because I want to experience it again. But I'll only pay for it once.
The only games I ever re-bought were Mass Effect 2 and 3, in oder to get ME1 on disc for PS3, and Dragon Age Origins, because that was the only way I could Awakenings so many years down the track.
I think MS should bring Halo 4 over to Xb one. Though the likelihood of current Xb one owners not having already played Halo 4 is lower than the likelihood of current PS4 owners not having already played TLOU. I myself would have got Tomb Raider Definitive edition for PS4 if it didn't happen to be on the PS+ instant game collection for PS3 the day I joined PS+.
