It's not that either.
Crime rates are actually just naturally going down.
It's funny. Crime rates are dropping in Nevada despite the fact that there are LESS polic on the ground.
Crime rates are dropping everywhere more or less with very little correlation to anything.
One thing missed...? Changing demographics and people. It's the actual likely factor for the majority of it.
