There aren't any cross gen titles that demonstrate an 8x performance difference period.
The difference for cross gen releases should be largely in the frame rates and native render resolutions although this hasn't necessarily been the case.
Additional advantages should include updated lighting, shaders and particle effects plus additional simulations for things like water, hair, fire and other visuals that require more processing power. Cleaner, sharper texture work using higher resolution texture maps if available (for older games) should be used as well.
Frankly, I'm not sure what some people are, or are pretending to have expected out of the 8th gen given that the main advantages a top of the line gaming PC with thousands of dollars worth of VGA cards and components provides is higher resolutions, smoother frame rates and additional effects.
With regards to Titanfall, sounds like XB360 owners still get the comprehensive Titanfall experience without having to invest in a new console.
