I havn't gotten that far as the chocobo race yet but I do remember being ok at getting the 0 time on the race but never the 5 chests. Hoever my issure had been Tidus'es overdrive. I have only had it work once.
2. since you will be able to get Kamari's ultimate weapon you should have him help take out the dark aeon :)
