No.  It was localized by JAST USA and they deal pretty much exclusively in PC releases.

Well, probably Aksys could be interested on it.. if XBlaze sell wells, or even if the PC version from JASt have good numbers.. It would be interesting to see a boom on Visual novels for Vita, Chaos;Head, Robotic's;Note and fate/ series are some I want... all of these are on PS3 too, so make it more probable to release (very little probablility but is something, rigth?).
