I have a better idea! Why dont you actually try to justify your "opinion"?  That would be just grand.

You mean like, they charged their users for basic services that are free everywhere else,  used Peer to Peer in many games and still charged as if they were hosting games in private servers, or that compared to steam which is  free, it lacks in comunity features, or that is does not gives away good free games (at least not as good as PSN+ has)? nah, i just loled, the only thing could be worst right now in terms of value for your money is nintendo's network but that is free so.
