Just to add to the guys that are reading...
The difference in RAW POWER between HD 7790 and HD 7870 is about 43% (I choose this example due the PS4 vs Xbone have the same difference).
But the game Crysis 3 performers 50% bettter because like PS4 vs Xbone the HD 7870 have 32ROPs agains only 16ROPs of the HD 7790.
So the RAW POWER shows a gap even better in performance due the additional units in the GPU.
