thats nonsense. the ps4 is a not by a significant margin stronger. the ps4 architecture is completly different than the x1 architecture. the x1 has a disadvantage in gpu and DDR3 vs GDDR5 performance. it has a superior cache (eSRAM) advantage though as well as 4 move engines embedded on the gpu (http://www.vgleaks.com/world-exclusive-durangos-move-engines/). does this make the x1 stronger? absolutely not. its a fact that the ps4 has more raw-power in a fashioned manner. x1 is different, has less raw-power and needs more finesse developing. the x1 is in a worse position atm, especially on the API side of things. but you can be sure, it will decrease the gap. directX 12 is the first step to it and more will follow. read this article: http://www.ign.com/boards/threads/so-could-the-x1s-secret-sauce-be-voxel-cone-ray-tracing.453362563/ . this will open your mind a little. there is much more to graphics-developing than pure raw-power.

i am not saying that the x1 is going to surpass the ps4. i am just pointing out, that the x1 has strengths in other departments and that its going to decrease the current gap.

To put in simples words...

Everything you can do on Xbone can be done on PS4 with close to 40% better performance... both consoles uses the same hardware, so you can compare directly.

The DataMoves are used to move data from the DDR3 to eSRAM in parallel due the slow memory bandwidth... PS4 have fast memory bandwidth and it didn't need DataMoves.

In fact if you choose to says eSRAM is a superior cache then I can say PS4 have 8GB of this superior cache... in easy words PS4 have 8GB of eSRAM to work while Xbone just 32MB.
