Seem a bit over 30fps... so the screen tearing... I saw in twitch a option to lock the framerate too but I guess it will affect the gameplay.

Then why would anyone upgrade to the next gen consoles? If this is close then MGSV is close on last gen. So is COD which is 60fps on both. Basically every single multiplat is close if this is considered close.
