Nothing new, Nintendo has always been the platform for Nintendo titles and if we get a few good AAA thrid party titles then "hurray!"

I did make the leap to PC gaming during the Wii era. But that doesn't mean I will abandon them even after a few bad decisions or lack games. They will change, adapt and find what works for them. All are life lessons and no one is perfect.

Microsoft has creative ideas, creative and confined as they might be, but they are not adapting. They are hurting themselves while trying to dance around their competition. They are ignoring a wide base of gamers to try to attract people who dont game. They struck gold last gen but as I and many have said they are afraid to face Sony and Microsoft head on. Thats why they are punching around them rather than at them. Nintendo is a great company but justifying that having a few third party is a good thing, then you have zero clue what made the original Nintendo and Super NES have at least half or more of their success.

I know much about the NES & SNES days and all the great content those systems had but we haven't seen that in some time. N64 held on with first party title after the mIghty Sony entered the race. Money is a big factor now. Sony & Microsoft throw billions into games & advertising, taking losses on every console sold, Nintendo simply can't do that because if they fail, they will have a harder time bouncing back. DIrect competition has been ruff and thats why they are trying some new tactics. I'm not saying what they are doing is right but I still won't abandon them, not yet.
