5. Suikoden II - I actually bought it for my brother instead of for myself. Little did I know that it would be one of the greatest games I ever watched someone else play (we shared a room). I also didn't know that it would be one of the rarest games to release in the U.S.
4. Final Fantasy IX - The only great Final Fantasy game and truly the most underrated.
3. The Legend of Dragoon - It seriously needs a sequel.
#2 Star Ocean: The 2nd Story - One of probably 5 RPGs where your choices in the game actually mattered (I'm looking at you Mass Effect series).
#1 Xenogears - The Greatest RPG in the history of RPGS!!!!!!
