Who knows where we'll be 4 or 5 years from now. Hell in 2009 Google Fiber's speeds of up to 1000mbps were unheard of for a domestic area. Now that its hit the ground running it may be affordable and much higher for a good amount of people in a couple years. 

I am sure some people will be there, but in Aus they only started rolling it 100mbit and that project has been cancelled to be replaced with a shitter project. If they invest 40billion now there will not be another major one for at least 20years.

Now factor in all the other countries around the world and cloud computing may be like a subset of consoles (i.e. Cloud Console Master Race haha)
