The X1 will win March but after that I don't see them winning any month until there's an official price cut. It can't ride on Titanfall's coattails anymore, and the games you listed (QB, SO) and Windows Apps are not system sellers (of they were, Windows phone would not be in dire straits).
PS4 will have exclusive marketing for Watchdogs and Destiny, a good deal of hype over VR, UC+The Order, and most importantly a lower price and the best version of pretty much every multiplat.
