1. This thread topic is overdone and the mods, if they ever did their jobs, should really prune the number of these same exact topic threads that pop up every single week.

2. No, Nintendo should not rush out another console. They should not have another new system any sooner than, honestly, 2017. They need to put out a healthy amount of games for THIS system and get the most out of it, before pushing forward to new hardware. As a gamer, as someone who has invested time and money into this console, I want the most out of it before being expected to shell out MORE fucking money for another system new system.

3. I really don't get why people seem to hold this faulty "logic" in their heads that if Nintendo trashes the Wii U and puts out another console soon, that somehow it will magically do way better than Wii U. That is simply not how it works. There were many variables involved in why Wii was mega-success, and there are also many variables involved in why Wii U (thus far) is not. You do not just snap your fingers, BAM new console, and then have instant success.

4, Wii U won't have been out "for two years" until late November 2014. It hasn't been out two years yet, seeing as it had only been out ONE year last holiday season. 6 million isn't great sales, but it's not the massive failure many make it out to be either. Should it be higher? Yes. Could it be a lot lower, were it actually a full blown failure? You bet your mother's ass it could. And AGAIN, releasing a console with more powerful hardware, you honestly think that's all it takes to get "70+ million systems sold"? I'm sorry.....but good lord.
