| Conegamer said: I have a mentality that a game is "worth it" if I get around 1 hour of play time for each £ spent. Games which are way under aren't worth it, and games way over are great value for money. I got Ground Zeroes for £28, and played it for about 4 hours. So, that's 1/7th of an hour per pound. I'm not saying it isn't good (it's enjoyable whilst it lasts), but value for money? No. It's not worth the price. |
I often think of the price per hour as well, going roughly $.50-$3 per hour based on quality of experience. For example a 20 hour great game is worth $60 to me, whereas a 20 hour average game is worth $10-15 to me. In this case Ground Zeroes feels like a great 5 hour experience, putting it at a $10-15 value for me.
