Ive changed the date before, but thats on a game where there wasnt a specific trophy relating to the date, but you can get extra playing time in order to get other trophies (crazy market)

I guess technically it is but so is getting advice from friends or looking up tips online.  But imo I agree with Kylie; if you aren't hacking the game then it probably isn't really cheating.
