I think if you have a mid range gaming pc you can get nearly the graphics from the first trailer.
The other versions (PS4, Wii U, Xbox One) will of course have to reduce graphics quality. I am undecided if I get Watch Dogs for my Wii, PC or PS4. If they do the Wii U version right with proper gamepad support it could be the version with the best gameplay. The PC version will have the best graphics. The PS4 will have better graphics than Wii U and worse than PS4 but no other advantages, so I am not thinking about getting the PS4 version.
