The game is ported by Bluepoint. Which did quite a good job with games ported from PS2 to PS3. Ico and Shadow of the Colossus for example. Both running at 1080p on PS3 (yup. Check it in Digital Foundry if you don't trust me).
I will laugh my arse off if Titanfall on X360 will run at 720p60fps, with no tearing nor frame rate drops!! ^_^
