Does that count? It's only a rumor at this point. MS only announced a game was in development by a Japanese Studio, even if it is a Mistwalker game, it could just as easily be a new IP.

Halo 5 and Halo 2 Anniversary are not officially announced games either.  May as well add Halo 6, 7, 8 and 9.
