As many others have said, for motion tracking, Move is more accurate than motion plus. But the pointer controls for a FPS are much better with the Wiimote, making it the better controller to me since that's the single best function to come out of these devices.
Plus, Nintendo's remotes are far more comfortable to me - particularly the nunchuck over the navigation controller.
