 As for that comment, well, 90%+ games are great to have and it makes sense that a system out for a year longer with 3rd wave vs 2nd wave games would have more (this year PS3 will see a number of 90%s I think).

But I'll take overall developer quality, myself.  There are numerous graphs floating around with SCEA ranked above Microsoft for quality of games published.  One has Sony at the top above Nintendo.   And PS3 still does have wider developer support overall, though it has eroded substantially since PS2 pwnage.
