First game you played on each console and impressions

This game--may not have been the first I played but good lord, when I played it...wow.  After over 100 hours of Soul Blade on the PS1, I knew the next gen had arrived big time.  And when I played the demo disc that had Dead or Alive 2, I was even more impressed!
