Phil Spencer promoted to lead Xbox division

This is excellent news. He's the only Xbox guy I actually know about, and he seems like he actually gives a damn. If anyone can turn this mess around, he has the best shot.

 

Hopefully he starts working on making Xbox's first party actaully worthwhile and varied.
