Atelier Rorona (their first PS3 game) came out in 2009 (2.5 years after the PS3 came out).
So it could still take a couple of years for their first PS4 game to come out but my personal guess is that Atelier Shallie is their last PS3 game (at least in the Atelier series) since it now completed the Dusk trilogy. I doubt they'll start another one on the PS3.
The acquisition by Tecmo gave Gust access to better technology and middleware so I think the transition to the PS4 will be faster than it was from the PS2 to the PS3. The PS2 was a strong console in 2008-2009 and the PS3 wasn't.
