It's an open world game. The side quests and the city ARE the gameplay. The powers are subjective. Smoke was very generic, Neon was well balanced but still nothing new, Video was interesting but I could never warm up to it, Concrete was intruduced too late and made itself with that absolutely irrelevant in gamepay. The way you handle the powers and get around in the city are gameplay wise the same, in fact they were just shortcuts making any parkour elements the game once had obsolete. It felt more like Prototype than Infamous. |
