even I was doubting that ... you saw my build and it was a $500 "upgrade"
even if you were cheap and get a case+psu combo for $40 and a cheap mouse+keyb combo for $10 you wont be able to get one for $400 with a hd5770 and a good cpu+mb+ram combo
$500-550 is doable, but that won't be with a gaming case, mechanical keyb and gaming mice with a nice headphone ...
