I've not got TLOU on ps3 yet but have seen it instore and seen the videos. Hugely impressive game for ps3 that really shows the power of the ps3 when the cell is fully exploited.
I'm certain the ps4 could do a 1080p 60 fps version but perhaps not this early in this new generation. That's just a feeling though based on what we have seen so far of the ps4. At the moment I feel like the ps3 version it would drop frames under load so that 60fps would be 40fps approx at times on ps4. I personally wouldn't mind a 720p locked 60 fps option in the game. For me the 60fps is more important than the difference between 720p and 1080p especially if that meant more graphic effects and greater onscreen detail that creates more atmosphere in the game.
