Nuh uh.
I mean, I played WoW for years and had a lot of fun but I can't see this doing anything any better. In fact, it will probably take a long while just to get good. I played SWTOR for about a year, as well, which offered something different, at least.
Unless you're a die-hard Elder Scrolls fan, I think there are better MMO options already out there.
