I actually hope they attack the vita. Sony needs to open their eyes and buy exclusives since persuading developers isnt working. MS does it and so does nintendo.
Sony know how to win the fair way, but they need to learn the cheap tactics for when they are losing like in the case of vita.

Nintendo has some advantages. They're the only ones that offer free online. They haven't gone big into microtransactions yet. PS4 and XBO have no exclusives at the level of 3D World yet. 

Remember, when 'attacking', the people who want to play for free wont really care or know about the attack. Those who are currently paying for XBL or PS+ will just laught at nintendo's online. And nintendo havent gone big on microtransactions because the games where its a problem are not on the wii U. If there was a multiplatform game, it would either have microtransactions on both versions or none of the versions.

As for PS4/X1 and 3D world, Nintendo know it wont be a long lasting advantage and considering PS4 and X1 are only a few months old, it would be silly and again, could backfire on them in the future with parody attacks.
