Firstly, it really doesn't matter either way, and if people want the more powerful console just buy the PlayStation 4 and stop whining. Secondly, if I keep driving my Vauxhall will it eventually become as fast as a BMW? No it won't but I will perfect my driving style and that will help, what you can't forget though is that the BMW driver will also be perfecting their style.
Analogies aside, the PlayStation 4 is just more powerful and whilst the Xbox may/will eventually be able to achieve what the PlayStation 4 is currently achieving, the PS4 will always do it better.
