Thuway probably does have a contact or two from his time in the industry that some claim he had but he's too much. Most of what he says is exaggerated speculation. Some seem like obvious lies. Like the time he claimed that people he spoke to were super excited about the Santa Monica project. Then DemonNite basically comes out and says the opposite. That pretty much no one even cared to mention the game as an indication of the shape it was in after all that time in development. Thuway is just too gungho about the things he says to be taken more seriously than a coin flip.
