It does in a sense and it does not in a sense.
Nobody will argue that a steak is not higher quality than a hamburger but there are some who will say the PS4 is higher quality than the One and that the One is higher quality than the PS4.
Steak>Hamburger is a fact
PS4>One is more of an opinion
