He is right though Quality and sales are not directly related. Just thinking about food, cars etc can disprove that. Though I agree Zelda OOT and Demons Soul are not the best quality games as well :-p

How can they not be ? If consumers determine what's more valuable then why can't they also determine whats best quality and or solution. Disruption happens more often than not at the low end.
