Let's hope this doesn't discourage Nintendo and Sony from making a handheld gaming device for next generation and that this news help them re-evaluate the cost and and market for their next generation games.
And is smartphone gaming doing what PC gaming couldn't do? Cut marketshare from the dedicated game device market? Or is the 3DS and Vita underwhelming for the general handheld video game market?
