Uncharted 2 wins by a long shot. The story, pacing, graphics, multiplayer, character development, and ending were just perfect to me. Uncharted 3 improved upon many aspects like the melee combat and graphics, but it took a step back in the fleshing out of the story and the final boss/ending was very lackluster. They spent a lot more time on the multiplayer and added some great stuff but the balance of gameplay & weapons never made it to the polish of Uncharted 2's multiplayer.
